sunriseI just finished reading a book called The Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod.  I often read various books about motivation, business, and/or time management.  I have always been a bit of a morning person, so this book was right up my alley.

I highly recommend that you purchase or borrow this book in the near future.  It is a very easy, quick read (and trust me, I’m a slow reader).  If you do not have a morning ritual this book will help you plan a new Miracle Morning routine.  Even if you already have a morning ritual, you will learn a few new ideas to implement into your current plan.  The tips and suggestions given in Hal’s book have helped people get motivated,  energized, and have much more productive days.

Our energy levels can be infectious.  If we have high energy, we can motivate and inspire those around us.  If we have low energy levels, we will bring everyone around us down.  Nancy Gordon, the author of The Guiding Philosophy for the Future of Healthcare: It’s Not What You Think… (Actually It Is What You Think), states repeatedly in her book, “What You Focus On Expands”.  If we start our morning with the focus to on improving ourselves and those around us, we will make the world a better place.

Here is a link to get to The Miracle Morning website.  From there you can download Hal’s quick start program.  I hope this post helps motivate you to start your day the right way.  Good Luck!!
